English Teaching and Linguistics Journal (ETLiJ) ISSN: 2716-0831 (Online) is open to submission from Indonesia and from other nations where English language and literature are part of the school and Higher Education curriculum. ETLiJ is published by the Department of English Education, Faculty of Teachers Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This journal is indexed by SINTA, Google Scholar, and Garuda. ETLiJ will be published biannually, in January and July (2 issues/year). This journal has been SINTA 4 accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology with the Decree Number 295/C/C3/KPT/2026.

The accepted journal is expected to be related to dynamic and interactive pedagogies of English Language Teaching, Linguistics, and Literature. Please read these journal Guidelines and Template Carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial of ETLiJ should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will BE REJECTED by the editors before further review.The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format. Open Journal Systems (OJS) has been applied for all processes in ETLiJ. Therefore, the authors are required to register in advance and upload the manuscript online. The process of the manuscript could be monitored through OJS. Authors, readers, editorial board, editors, and peer review could obtain the real-time status of the manuscript.
