Vakuola Kepala Sperma (Sperm Head Vacuoles) Sebagai Prediktor Infertilitas Pria : Systematic Review

Abstract


Vakuola kepala sperma diyakini sebagai betuk kelainan morfologi dari kepala sperma yang dapat mempengaruhi fungsi sperma dalam melakukan fertilisasi. Systematic review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan vakuola kepala sperma dengan fertilitas pria sehingga diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor dalam menentukan kwalitas sperma. Studi ini merupkan systematic review dengan melakukan penelusururan sistematik menggunakan aplikasi google scholar menggunakan kata kunci sperm head vacuoles. Dari hasil penelusuran didapatkan 12 artikel yang masuk kriteria inklusi. Dari hasil telaah literarur didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara vakuola kepala sperma dengan perubahan morfologi kepala sperma yang dapat mempengaruhi fertilitas pria
