Tingkat Efektivitas dari Penggunaan Rapid- Test Antibodi Metode Immunokromatografi untuk Screening Covid-19

Abstract


Coronavirus Disease 2019 yang disebabkan oleh SARS-CoV-2 memiliki manifestasi klinis pada sistem pernapasan dengan tingkat penularan yang tinggi, sehingga diperlukan deteksi awal dengan cara 3 T yaitu Testing, Tracing, and Treatment. Salah satu cara dari testing yaitu dengan menggunakan Rapid Test antibody metode ICT (mendeteksi IgG dan IgM). Pemeriksaan Rapid Test memiliki beberapa metode antara lain Lateral Flow Assay (LFA), ELISA, IFA, dan Immunokromatografi. Pada tinjauan literatur review ini akan dibahas pemeriksaan Rapid Test antibodi dengan menggunakan metode ICT. Dalam pemeriksaan Rapid test membutuhkan sampel dari darah utuh, plasma atau serum yang kemudian hasilnya dibaca dari alat kit Rapid Test yang menunjukkan hasil positif apabila didapatkan 3 garis berwarna pada garis C (control) dan garis IgG dan IgM atau 2 garis berwarna pada garis C (control) dan garis IgG atau IgM. Penggunaan Rapid Test antibody metode Immunokromatografi sebagai deteksi awal COVID-19, memiliki hasil sensitivitas yang bervariasi antara 72,7% hingga 100%. Hasil dari review ini penggunaan Rapid Test antibody metode Immunokromatografi memiliki hasil yang efektif dalam skrining COVID-19.
