Pengaruh Paparan Asap Rokok Terhadap Sperma Pria : Systematic Review

Abstract


Pendahuluan:Asap rokok mengadung lebih 4000 senyawa yang dapat menimbulkan stress oksidatif terhadap organ reproduksi pria serta sperma yang berpotensi menimbulkan terjadinya infertelitas pada pria . Telaah Sistematik (systematic review) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh paparan asap rokok terhadap sperma pria.Metode: Peneliti melakukan penelusuran literatur menggunakan aplikasi mesin mencari Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kata kunci smoking and sperm Hasil Peneliti menemukan 660 artikel, dari hasil seleksi literatur dengan menggunakan metode prisma didapatkan 24 artikel yang masuk dalam kriteria inklusi Kesimpulan Disimpulkan bahwa paparan asap rokok dapat mempengaruhi sistem reproduksi pria yang berpotensi menimbulkan infertilitas, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan pemeriksaan sperma secara mikroskopis hingga tingkat molekuler.
