Optimalisasi Kinerja: Partisipasi Karyawan Dalam Keterlibatan Karyawan Dan Budaya Organisasi Spiritualitas

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana partisipasi karyawan melalui keterlibatan karyawan dan budaya organisasi spiritualitas  untuk meningkatkan kinerja.  Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian explanatory causal dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Respondennya adalah karyawan di Kantor Konferens Jawa Barat  yang berjumlah 102 karyawan. Sampel menggunakan random samping dengan teknik pengukuran menggunakan Slovin maka jumlah sampel sebesar 50 karyawan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasilnya adalah terdapat  pengaruh yang signifikan antara keterkaitan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi spiritualitas terhadap kinerja karyawan.
