Biblio Couns : Jurnal Kajian Konseling dan Pendidikan is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal published by Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Biblio Couns is initiated by the importance of conducting research for the development of professional education and professionals in the field of guidance and counseling. The first issue was published on 2018. Since the first publication, it has changed several times in term of journal management and policy.

- Since Nationally Accredited From Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency of Republic Indonesia, the management agreed on new regulation and policy about Articel Processing Charge (APC) or Author Fee is FREE
- On 2022, Biblio Couns cooperates with the Professional Organization "Association of Guidance and Counseling Indonesia"
