Al-Multazim: Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Syariah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas dalam menyebarkan pengetahuan serta sebagai sarana komunikasi antara ilmuwan, praktisi, mahasiswa, dan pengamat studi bisnis dan manajemen Islam.
Terdaftar dengan E-ISSN:2810-0387 menerbitkan artikel dua kali setahun yaitu pada bulan Mei dan November. Artikel yang dipublikasikan berupa penelitian, kajian analisis, kajian teoritis, Ekonomi Islam, Manajemen Bisnis, Keuangan Syariah, Akuntansi, dan Manajemen Islam.

Penulis dapat mengirimkan naskahnya ke redaksi Al-Multazim dengan mematuhi pedoman penulisan yang ada. Editor hanya akan menerima naskah yang memenuhi format yang ditentukan.

Al-Hisab: Journal of Islamic Astronomy, published by the Observatorium Ilmu Falak Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (OIF UMSU), Medan, Indonesia, which contains scientific research articles in Islamic Astronomy and other fields. Al-Hisab: Journal of Islamic Astronomy is published four times a year in March, June, September, and December. The main purpose of this publication is to create a platform to publish original articles, research results, case studies, and book reviews related to Islamic Astronomy, Islamic Law, Instrumentation, Observatories, and others. The editorial board welcomes original contributions from authors (in Indonesian, English, and Arabic) that have not been previously published or are being considered for publication in other publications. To enrich Al-Hisab's articles selection, collaboration was carried out with the Islamic Astronomy Department Program of UMSU. Journal submissions must follow the JAH template. 

Pancasila and Citizenship Education Journal: Media Study of Pancasila and Citizenship Education is focused on the study of discourse and citizenship practices in the dimensions and perspectives of cultural diversity, equality and social justice in the context of socio-economic, civic education and learning, related to issues of social and moral responsibility, community involvement and political literacy, as well as legal awareness.

This journal publishes scientific and research-based articles on various Pancasila and civic education, and educational topics where conceptual issues of citizenship, local wisdom, political education, legal education, multiculturalism and plurality issues are discussed.

Pancasila and Citizenship Education Journal is very interested in scientific and professional studies in the discourse and practice of citizenship. We seek submissions articles that cross the lines of scientific disciplines (interdisciplinary perspectives) that aim at the development of pancasila and citizenship studies and citizenship education in the local, national and global scope. Our particular attention is paid to works dealing with historical and contemporary questions of concern regarding other dimensions, meaning, and forms in relation to citizenship and contribute to education for citizenship.

Each article published has gone through a peer-reviewed process by designated experts. They have experience in journal management and article publications in prestigious journals. The article published in Kewarganegaraan have been meet the requirements set by the Editorial Board of this journal.

Journal Mathematics Education Sigma (JMES) adalah jurnal yang terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu;  Bulan Februari dan Bulan Agustus. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU), Medan, Indonesia dan berkolaborasi dengan Indonesian Mathematical Society (IndoMS) Khususnya wilayah Aceh-Sumatera Utara. Jurnal ini berisi hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh dosen, mahasiswa, maupun praktisi khususnya di bidang pendidikan matematika dan umumnya di bidang pendidikan. Sebelum  penulis melakukan submit, penulis melakukan register terlebih dahulu di Journal Mathematics Education Sigma (JMES) dan bila sudah terdaftar di Journal Mathematics Education Sigma (JMES), penulis melakukan login di Journal Mathematics Education Sigma (JMES). Manuskrip yang disubmit dalam bentuk word atau doc. Proses review dalam jurnal ini menggunakan Double-Blind Review Process. Inspiring Law Journal is a journal published by the Postgraduate Law Doctoral Program at Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (UMSU). This journal contains studies in the field of law both theoretically and empirically. The focus of this journal is on studies of civil law, criminal law, constitutional law, international law, procedural law and customary law.

Journal of Law Science is published 2 (two) times a year, namely in January and July. The deadline for article submission, for the January edition, is mid-December. Issued in the July issue, the deadline for acceptance articles is mid-June

Proceeding International Seminar of Islamic Studies  is an annual international conference held by Faculty of Islamic Studies Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This conference is designed to accelerate the increase of knowledge, especially in the fields of: Islamic religious education, Islamic thought, Information Technology, Islamic law, social and politics and economics.

INSIS is considered one of the greatest conferences in UMSU. It is proven by its success in inviting prominent researchers, scholars, and lecturers across the globe to present diverse topics.

The objective of INSIS is to exchange and share ideas and research findings among presenters and audiences. Moreover, it serves as an open forum to discuss the most recent trends, innovations, challenges faced, and solutions adopted in the scope of Islamic religious education, Islamic thought, Information Technology, Islamic law, social and politics and economics.

The millennium development goals agenda summarized in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) is over. For fifteen years from September 2000 to 2015 189 Member States of the United Nations carried out the program with the main target being the achievement of people's welfare and community development by 2015. However, there are still many targets that have not been achieved in the MDGs. For the sustainability of the program, now the MDGs have been replaced with a global development model based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The global development model has been discussed since 2012 at the Rio+20 summit which produced the document "The Future We Want". In this document the SDGs are listed along with directions on the importance of three dimensions of sustainable development, namely; Economic, Social, and Environmental that must synergize in global development going forward. Based on the document, the SDGs must meet four principles, namely; First, it does not undermine the international commitment to achieving the MDGs. Second; Consider the conditions, capacities and priorities of each country. Third; Focus on achieving the three dimensions of sustainable development (economic development, social development and environmental protection). The latter is coherent and integrated with post-2015 development. Indonesia as a large country that continues to race in carrying out development in various fields of interest and obligation in succeeding this SDGs. To meet and face the SDGs, of course, preparation is needed involving many parties, including one of the college institutions.

In order, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (FISIP UMSU) initiated and held a National Conference with thema "Collaboration of Government, Civil Society and Digital Communication for Sustainable Development Goals". Deliberately this conference took the topic in order to bring the carriage of social science and political science to jointly take an important role in the achievement of the goals of the "Sustainable Development Goals" which are currently the development framework of countries in the world replacing the Millennium Development Goals or MDGs, especially in Indonesia. The physical form of the results of this national conference are actual and interesting scientific records that are poured in the form of Proceedings or paper gatherings that are expected to provide the widest benefits to various circles as a positive contribution of presenters in this activity.

INCCLUSI is an annual conference on the study of social and political science. The event was organized by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. It is an international forum for researchers, academics, professionals, and the general public from around the world. After the peer review process, the paper received will be published in proceedings or journals indexed by SCOPUS, DOAJ / DIMENSI / SINTA, and ISBN Proceedings.

This conference aims to; (1) provide a platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, as well as professionals from around the world to present the results of their research and development activities in the fields of social and political sciences; (2) Establish an international forum where all participants have the opportunity to share ideas, experiences, expertise, and knowledge of global issues, especially in social studies, and development with great care to create and apply important values related to social issues in the era of disruption; (3) facilitate all institutions (organizations) to build academic relationships for future development.

Medicina Biomedica Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and interesting case reports in the field of biomedical research aimed to publish a high-quality scientific paper including original research papers, case reports, reviews, short communication, and technical notes. This journal welcomes the submission of articles that offering a sensible transfer of basic research to applied clinical medicine. 

Medicina Biomedica Journal covers the latest developments in various fields of biomedicine with special attention to medical sciences, genetics, immunology, environmental health, toxicology, bioinformatics, and biotechnology as well as multidisciplinary studies.

The views of experts on current advances in biomedicals and molecular/cell biology will be also considered for publication as long as they have a direct clinical impact on human health. The journal is intended as a medium of communication for those who were interested to study health, among others, for researchers, educators, students, and the public generally who have an interest in it. The journal is trying to meet the growing need to study health and to achieve a high impact factor in the development of science and technology.

Ihsan: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan jurnal hasil tulisan ilmiah dosen yang merupakan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dikelola oleh Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU). Ihsan: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat terbit pertama sekali pada bulan April tahun 2019.
