Studi Demografi Erupsi Kulit Akibat Alergi Obat Di RSUD Dr Soegiri Lamongan

Abstract


Erupsi kulit akibat alergi obat dapat terjadi pada semua usia dengan berbagai manifestasi klinis. Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran umum pasien erupsi obat, obat yang diduga sebagai penyebab dan terapi yang sudah dilakukan pada pasien erupsi obat di RSUD Dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan secara descriptive retrospective study. berdasarkan rekam medis pasien yang dirawat di RSUD Dr. Soegiri Lamongan periode 1 Januari 2017 – 31 Desember 2020. Hasil: Didapatkan kasus erupsi obat sebanyak 363. Tipe eritrodermi merupakan erupsi obat yang terbanyak (36,69%). Perempuan (52,89%), Kelompok usia 45-64 tahun (40,7%), Hipertensi (22,0%). Jenis obat penyebab terbanyak adalah NSAID (56,1%). Dan tatalaksana terbanyak adalah kortikosteroid topikal sebanyak 313 orang (86,2%). Kesimpulan: Pada penelitian ini, distribusi kasus terbanyak adalah eritroderma, dengan jenis kelamin perempuan, pada usia 45-64 tahun, lama keluhan yang paling banyak >10 hari, dengan riwayat penyakit hipertensi, dengan keluhan paling sering gatal, obat terbanyak di konsumsi sebelum timbul gejala adalah NSAID, dengan manifestasi makula eritematus morbilifirmis, dan tatalaksana menggunakan kortikosteroid topikal dan urea.
