Pelatihan Guru: Menerapkan Teknik Ice Breaking Dalam Membagun Koneksi Emosional Siswa Di UPT SPF SD Negeri 105289 Kolam

Abstract


Tujuan Pelaksanaan PKM melatih guru untuk membangun koneksi emosional siswa melalui teknik ice breaking di UPT SPF SDN 105289 Kolam.  Lokasi PKM: UPT SPF SDN 105289 Kolam, Medan Deli Serdang, Norh Sumatera. Permasalahan mitra yakni 1) Guru kesulitan merancang kegiatan ice breaking yang kreatif dan menarik bagi siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. 2) Guru membutuhkan pelatihan khusus dalam membangun koneksi emosional atau keahlian interpersonal.  Objek (khalayak sasaran) PKM: Guru Kelas UPT SPF SDN 105289 Kolam. Subjek sasaran pelaksanaan PKM kegiatan PKM melibatkan 20 guru, pelaksanaan pada tanggal 29 Juli 2024, dari pukul 08.00 hingga selesai. Metode pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, perancangan pendekatan pelatihan, pengembangan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, serta evaluasi dan penyempurnaan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah dengan menerapkan teknik ice-breaking yang efektif melalui pelatihan guru meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan iklim kelas di UPT SPF SDN 105289 Kolam secara keseluruhan.
