Abstract

Faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan budidaya lada yaitu penyediaan bibit. Perkembangan pembibitan lada di Aceh memberikan kontribusi besar bagi perekonomian di aceh dalam sektor perkebunan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan kelayakan finansial usaha bibit lada UD. Abdul Muthalib di Desa Seunebok Punti Kecamatan Peurelak. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kasus (case study). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data meliputi analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan kelayakan finansial usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usaha pembibitan lada UD. Abdul Muthalib layak dan menguntungkan untuk dijalankan dengan NVP diperoleh Rp.248.567.349. Hasil perhitungan IRR juga menunjukkan nilai 48,44% lebih besar dari tingkat bunga bank yang berlaku (D.F.= 6,5%), perhitungan Net B/C Ratio = 2,93 dan kemampuan pengembalian modal (Payback Priod/PP) diperoleh nilai PP = 2,39, dan nilainya lebih kecil dari pada umur ekonomis proyek (6 tahun). Usaha pembibitan lada UD. Abdul Muthalib juga telah mencapai titik impas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kualitas produksi meliputi perlengkapan alat-alat produksi dan skala usaha pembibitan lada UD. Abdul Muthalib agar dapat meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi sehingga pendapatan yang diperoleh semakin meningkat.
