The Role Of Muhammadiyah & Nahdlatul Ulama Post Covid 19 In Responding To Education Digitalization Policy

Abstract


Covid 19 has subsided, activities have started to run normally as well as education, which was initially affected by this outbreak by turning 180 with online learning models using various platforms. At first the students and teachers were not familiar with it and even had difficulty implementing it, but it became easy because they were used to it. Muhammadiyah as an Islamic organization engaged in modern education has carried out learning innovations during the pandemic. Likewise, Nahdlatul Ulama, an Islamic organization that has many Pesantren as the development of Islamic education, has also carried out many digital-based learning innovations. These two large mass organizations are the mecca of the development of digitalization of education in Indonesia. This study will reveal the phenomena that occur in the post-Covid-19 pandemic learning model along with the emergence of government policies regarding the digitalization of education. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The literature used is articles from journals published in the last five years, news through the official website of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Indonesia, and some supporting literature in accordance with this discussion. From the results of the study, it was found that Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama as two large organizations in Indonesia that are closely related to the development of education, have developed digital-based education during the pandemic period and even after that the education digitization model continued to be carried out and developed for better education.
