Human Nature As Students

Lukman Hakim

Abstract

Humans are unique creatures compared to other creatures. The uniqueness of humans has an influence on world civilization. Humans are able to manage the world well if they use all their potential to the fullest. But vice versa, the world will be damaged if humans do not use their potential to the fullest. When viewed from the side of dignity, humans are high creatures. This can be proven from the history of the creation of the first human (Adam). When Prophet Adam was created, Allah ordered the angels and jinn to prostrate collectively to Prophet Adam. This shows the superiority of humans, human tafdhil and takrim. From the perspective of Islamic education, students are defined as individuals who are growing and developing, both physically and psychologically to achieve their educational goals through educational institutions.
