Web-based Public Complaint System Design Using the CodeIgniter Framework

Abstract


Improving public services is one of the bureaucratic reforms to improve public services. So far, the quality of public services has not been maximized. This can be seen from the number of public complaints about the quality of public services that are submitted directly to the public service unit and its officials. In the Medan Area Camat itself, the existing public services continue to receive complaints that they are unable to respond to complaints from the public. Moreover, coupled with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which has made services more disrupted by restrictions on only a few people being allowed to go to the office, for this reason, a public complaint service information system is needed to make it easier for various parties to do work and improve public service.
