Abstract


Islamic Religious Education plays a crucial role in shaping students' religious identity. The school environment, as one of the external elements, also plays a significant role in the process of forming this religious identity. This research aims to delve into the influence of the school environment on the formation of students' religious identity in the context of Islamic Religious Education. A qualitative research method is employed to detail students' experiences, their perceptions of the school environment, and how these factors impact their religious identity.
