THE MODEL OF INHERITANCE LEARNING IN THE PRIVATE ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL OF TARBIAH ISLAMIYAH IN HAMPARAN PERAK SUBDISTRICT, DELI SERDANG REGENCY

Abstract


Learning is a two-way communication process, where the educator, as the one conveying information or knowledge, communicates with the learners or students, who are seeking knowledge.  Learning is closely related to both studying and teaching. In the realm of education, the term 'learning activities' is indispensable. Aminuddin Rosyad stated that learning is a process that occurs, leading individuals or a group of people, namely learners, to engage in the learning process according to the programmed teaching plan. Fiqh is one of the fields of knowledge in Islamic law that specifically deals with legal issues governing various aspects of human life, including personal life, social interactions, and the relationship between humans and their Creator. Fiqh learning is part of the Islamic religious education curriculum in madrasahs, which has distinctive features compared to other subjects, as it bears the responsibility of providing motivation for students to become individuals capable of understanding. Implementing and practicing Islamic laws related to worship (ibadah mahdhoh) and transactions (uamalah), and being able to apply them correctly in daily life. Fiqh Mawarits is a matter of great importance to be taught at the school/madrasah level, considering that studying its laws is a communal obligation (fardu kifayah). Research findings indicate that the Curriculum 2006, The material on Fiqh Mawarits is taught in the second semester of the eleventh grade at the Madrasah Aliyah level in accordance with Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation No. 2 of 2008. Dalam tataran praktis pembelajaran fiqh mawarits menghadapi sejumlah problema, yaitu dari aspek tenaga pendidik, aspek materi, aspek alokasi waktu, dan aspek aplikasi.
