MANAGEMENT OF MUSYRIF TAHFIDZ IN OVERCOMING DIFFICULTIES IN MEMORIZING THE QUR'AN AT BINA UMAT AL-AMIN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL
Abstract
The learning process will be more effective if the learning management is neatly arranged, likewise memorizing Al-Qur'anul Karim will be more structured and conceptual if it has memorization management that is in accordance with human abilities, because human abilities vary, especially in terms of memorization. So the role of musyrif tahfidz in an educational institution is very necessary to provide good memorization management and of course easy for the memorizer to digest. Therefore, this research was created to find out how musyrif tahfidz is managed and whether the management that has been implemented at the Bina Umat Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School is effective and makes it easier for students to memorize. This research uses a qualitative research method in which researchers use data collection techniques by observation, interviews and collecting documentation which supports researchers in carrying out research and interviews in terms of analyzing facts in the field. Musyrif management in this Islamic boarding school has several stages, namely in terms of the results of the planning implemented by the musyrif. In terms of organization, Musyrif has implemented an appropriate structure, namely by reading before memorizing and providing maximum time for students to use in memorizing. In terms of implementation, the majority of students are easy to memorize, although there are some who do not meet the targets given by the Islamic boarding school. And at the evaluation stage, in order to determine the quality of students' memorization, there is a module that is used to evaluate the students' memorization in question.
