DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION, AND COMMUNICATION AS KEY FACTORS IN IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: A LITERATURE STUDY AND META-ANALYSIS

Abstract


Abstract:

This study aims to explore the relationship between democratic leadership style, motivation, and communication as key factors in improving employee performance. By using the literature review and meta-analysis method of scientific articles published in 2019-2024. Through a literature review and meta-analysis of relevant studies, this paper finds that inclusive and participatory leadership, combined with high motivation and effective communication, contribute significantly to improving employee performance. The findings are expected to provide insights for organizational managers and leaders in creating a productive work environment.
