THE ROLE OF VALUE PROPOSITION IN BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS IN OURAKSEN BUSINESS IN MEDAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of value proposition in the business plan model canvas for the Ouraksen Medan business. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study involved three respondents who were all business owners of Ouraksen Medan. The primary data source in this study was the results of interviews. The results of the study indicate that the role of value proposition in the business plan model canvas is very helpful in the development of the Ouraksen Medan business, thus providing a competitive advantage for the business.
