IMPLEMENTASI PENETAPAN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP DALAM BISNIS PLAN MODEL CANVAS PADA USAHA SURGA PUDING KOTA MEDAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pelaporan keberlanjutan perusahaan yang terdaftar sebagai emiten syariah di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analytic network process (ANP). Jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 4 orang yang berasal dari pemilik usaha “Puding Surga Kota Medan”. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer (wawancara langsung). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penentuan segmen pasar sangat membantu dalam bisnis.
