THE ROLE OF BUSINESS TARGETS IN THE BUSINESS PLAN MODEL CANVAS AT THE MEDAN MACARONI SNACK BUSINESS

Abstract


This study aims to examine the role of customer segments in the business model canvas of a macaroni snack business in Medan. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected from three respondents, all of whom are owners of macaroni snack businesses. The primary data source was interviews. The findings reveal that determining customer segments plays a highly effective role in improving business performance, particularly in terms of marketing strategy targeting, product development, and customer satisfaction .
