THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PAI TEACHERS TEACHING SKILLS IN INCREASING STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION AT SMPT IT AL – JAWAHIR

Abstract


Abstract: Lag behind Islamic Religious Education teachers in carrying out reform related learning methods and media have an impact on decreasing student motivation to the learning process so that the teaching and learning process becomes less effective. By Therefore, it is considered necessary for PAI teachers to be open and creative in their efforts improve teaching skills by utilizing various methods and media and welcoming and implementing this technological development as an alternative new learning that is not monotonous to then be applied in the process Learning. This research was carried out with the intention of discussing the form of teachers teaching skills and the implementation of multimethod-based teaching and multimedia used by PAI teachers at Al-Jawahir Junior High School. This article uses Qualitative Research Methods with Case Study Research Types and Research Approachesfield (Field Research). So as to emerge creative and innovative strategies in efforts to update the learning methods of PAI teachers at SMPIT Al-Jawahir, which then has an impact on improving learning outcomes and students' enthusiasm for learning.
