Deti Tri Kurnia, Muhammad Rafi'i

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the digital era, which has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including parenting styles and moral education for early childhood. In this era, children grow up in an environment filled with digital technology, which can have both positive and negative impacts. Therefore, it is essential for parents and educators to utilize technology wisely to support children's character development. The advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced the lives of young children, particularly in the process of shaping noble character. When used wisely, technology can serve as an effective medium for instilling Islamic values in children from an early age. This study aims to identify and analyse effective strategies for instilling noble character in early childhood during the digital era. Specifically, it seeks to provide practical recommendations for parents, educators, and digital content developers to ensure the positive utilization of technology in moral education. Using a qualitative approach through literature studies, the findings reveal that digital media, such as Islamic learning applications, interactive stories based on Islamic values, and educational videos, can help children understand moral concepts like honesty, politeness, and compassion.
