Abstract

The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) and IT-based joint funding services has created new challenges in dispute resolution. In this context, effective and efficient dispute resolution is essential to maintain the sustainability and growth of the fintech industry. This article discusses various dispute resolution models that can be applied to information technology-based funding services, focusing on approaches that can minimize costs and time, as well as improve the satisfaction of the parties involved. The dispute resolution models discussed include settlement through mediation, arbitration, as well as an ever-growing online dispute resolution platform. The existence of a technology platform that allows for quick and transparent dispute resolution is one of the promising alternatives.
