Abstract

The intersection of tradition and innovation within Islamic business and management practices offers a unique perspective on how contemporary business models can be shaped by Islamic values. This work explores the integration of traditional Islamic principles, such as justice, ethical behavior, and social responsibility, with modern management strategies in a globalized world. By examining case studies, theoretical frameworks, and empirical research from diverse regions, this volume highlights the evolving role of Islamic business practices in addressing current global challenges. It also underscores the innovative ways in which Islamic businesses adapt to modern economic systems while preserving their foundational values. Through this synthesis, the book aims to provide insights into the dynamic relationship between tradition and innovation, offering both academic scholars and practitioners a comprehensive understanding of how Islamic business traditions can contribute to sustainable and ethical global management practices.
