INNOVATING ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THE POST-DIGITAL ERA: RESILIENCE, DIGITAL LEARNING, AND VALUE-BASED LEADERSHIP
Abstract
In the post-digital era, Islamic education encounters global challenges that demand resilience, innovation, and value-based transformation. As digital technologies become embedded within educational systems, Islamic educational management is required to respond adaptively without compromising its ethical and spiritual foundations. This conceptual paper examines how resilience in Islamic educational institutions can be strengthened through the integration of digital learning and value-based leadership. Drawing on recent international literature (2020–2024), this study highlights that institutional resilience is not primarily determined by technological capacity, but by leadership commitment to Islamic values such as amanah, integrity, justice, and responsibility. The analysis demonstrates that digital learning, when guided by ethical leadership, can enhance institutional adaptability, sustain educational quality, and preserve the moral purpose of Islamic education. This paper contributes to interdisciplinary discourse by offering a conceptual framework for resilient and innovative Islamic educational management in the post-digital age.
