Pengaruh Karakteristik Pengusaha Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Kecil Pada Kalangan Generasi Z

Abstract


Pada masa sekarang ini pengembangan usaha kecil banyak dijalankan oleh kaum muda, tidak terkecuali para generasi z. Para generasi z ini menjalankan usahanya secara online dan offline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak karakteristik pengusaha pada keberhasilan usaha kecil di kalangan generasi z khususnya para mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU). Populasi adalah 30 mahasiswa UMSU yang menjadi tenant Pusat Kewirausahaan, Inovasi dan Inkubator Bisnis (PUSKIIBI) serta telah mengikuti Tokopedia Class. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner melalui google form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan karakteristik pengusaha pada keberhasilan usaha kecil mahasiwa UMSU. Studi ini merekomendasikan untuk melakukan studi serupa pada industri lain pada skala yang lebih besar di kota dan negara lain.
