Aspergilosis Invasif: Diagnosis dan Tatalaksana

Abstract


Aspergillus adalah jamur kosmopolitan yang biasanya dijumpai pada sisa debris organik, kompos, makanan, gandum, ventilasi udara dan debu atau vegetasi busuk lainnya. Spesies Aspergillus yang paling sering menyebabkan penyakit pada manusia adalah Aspergillus fumigatus dan aspergiluus. Gejala khas yang lazim ditemui pada pasien Aspergilosis invasif yaitu sesak napas, batuk, nyeri dada pleuritik, hemoptisis, demam, dan dapat pula terjadi komplikasi berat yang mengancam jiwa seperti gagal napas, syok, gagal organ dan kematian. Diagnosis Aspergilosis invasif masih menjadi tantangan karena gejala klinis yang tidak khas ditambah uji diagnostik yang belum ideal masih belum tersedia, tetapi pemeriksaan serologi dan molekuler dapat diharapkan membantu ketepatan diagnosis.
