Peran Kepemimpinan Perubahan, Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah, dan Self-Efficacy dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogis Guru
Abstract
Kinerja guru merupakan faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional. Di Kota Cilegon, rendahnya rata-rata nilai kompetensi pedagogis guru yang hanya mencapai 59,03 menandakan perlunya intervensi terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kompetensi pedagogis tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan perubahan, supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, dan self-efficacy terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru SMP Negeri di Kota Cilegon, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis), dengan populasi sebanyak 507 guru dan sampel sebanyak 230 guru yang ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan perubahan terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru (koefisien = 0,195; p < 0,05), serta pengaruh yang lebih kuat dari supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru (koefisien = 0,353; p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang visioner dan adaptif, bersama supervisi akademik yang terstruktur, dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis guru. Sinergi antara keduanya, ditambah peningkatan self-efficacy guru, terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan memberdayakan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.
