Teaching Idgham And Izhar To Paud Children During The Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Early childhood is a golden age , where now is the right time for educators to teach learning to read the Qur'an. The Covid-19 era is not an obstacle for PAUD institutions to carry out learning to read the Qur'an, although of course there are some obstacles in its implementation. That the purpose of this research activity is to describe how the application of the Iqro' method in learning to read the Qur'an in early childhood in Indonesia in the Covid-19 era. And using the qira'ah method can also help children get to know the science of tajwid such as idgham and izhar, this qira'ah method shows the main focus is reading skills. The Qiro'ah method is said to be fast because it is assisted by pictures that introduce hijaiyah letters to children.
