DE LEGA LATA: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of all manuscripts submitted for publication. All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening using appropriate plagiarism detection software before proceeding to the peer-review process.
The journal accepts manuscripts with a similarity index of no more than 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected, depending on the extent and nature of the similarity identified. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original, properly cite all sources, and appropriately acknowledge the work of other scholars.
The similarity index alone does not determine whether plagiarism has occurred. Each plagiarism screening report is assessed carefully by the editorial team, taking into consideration the sources of similarity, the proper use of quotations, citations, references, and relevant legal materials. All authors are expected to comply with accepted standards of academic integrity and the journal's publication ethics policies.
