Abstract

This study aims to integrate the concept of a green economy with the principles of global Islamic economics to achieve a sustainable future. The green economy, which focuses on reducing carbon emissions and efficient resource management, shares common values with Islamic economics, which emphasize social justice, collective well-being, and environmental sustainability. Through literature analysis and case studies, this research explores the synergy between these two paradigms and identifies effective implementation mechanisms. The findings indicate that the integration of a green economy and Islamic economics can strengthen global efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study also provides policy recommendations for governments and Islamic financial institutions to promote greener and more sustainable economic practices and encourages inter-country collaboration to achieve more equitable and sustainable global well-being.
