Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the curriculum at the Aisyiyah Cadre School in forming militant Aisyiyah cadres in North Sumatra. The main focus of this research is to identify how the curriculum influences the leadership qualities and social roles of Aisyiyah cadres. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and participant observation. Data was collected from administrators, teachers and alumni of the Aisyiyah Cadre School in North Sumatra. The research results show that implementing a curriculum based on Aisyiyah values and strengthening leadership skills has a significant impact in forming cadres who have a high fighting spirit, are committed to social roles, and have the ability to lead in society. Apart from that, there are challenges in adapting the curriculum to the changing needs of the times. This research concludes that successful implementation of the curriculum can improve the quality of militant Aisyiyah cadres, but there needs to be regular updates and evaluation to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of the curriculum in a dynamic social and political context.
