Abstract
The way that people and communities interact with religion, including Islam, has changed in the digital age. This essay examines the prospects and contemporary difficulties that Muslims around the world face in the digital age. It looks at how social media, smartphone apps, and internet platforms have made it easier to learn about Islam, connected people throughout the world, and allowed for creative methods to practice faith. These developments do, however, come with drawbacks, such as the dissemination of false material, the degradation of traditional Islamic research, and moral dilemmas around online conduct and digital privacy. This study highlights the necessity for a well-rounded strategy that preserves fundamental Islamic values while utilizing technology to foster community and spirituality.
