Abstract


This research was carried out because of the problem of lack of student motivation to learn, teachers who do not use a variety of learning methods and learning media and only a few students pay attention to the teacher when explaining learning. This study aims to determine the influence of using the Horay Course Review learning method assisted by image media on students' learning motivation in the fourth grade science lesson of SD Negeri 104302 Cempedak Lobang. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study is 21 students consisting of 12 male students and 9 female students. The sampling technique was carried out using sampling, which was saturated where all members of the population were used as research samples. The instrument used in this study is an observation sheet. The independent variable in this study is the Horay Course Review learning method and the bound variable in this study is student learning motivation. Hypothesis testing was carried out in this study using the Independet Sample T-test. Based on the results of the study using the Independent Sample T-test, the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the significance result value is 0.000 < 0.05, this shows that Ha is accepted, which means that the learning method of Course Review Horay has a significant influence on students' learning motivation and Ho is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Horay Course Review Learning Method Assisted by Image Media on Student Learning Motivation in the Class IV Science Lesson of SD Negeri 104302 Cempedak Lobang
