Komorbiditas Psikiatri pada Pasien dengan Penyakit Parkinson

Abstract


Penyakit Parkinson (PD) adalah penyakit neurodegeneratif, meningkat lebih cepat dibanding gangguan neurologis lain serta. PD memiliki trias klasik gejala motorik dan gejala non motorik, dimana gangguan psikiatri merupakan salah satu diantara gejala non motorik. Beberapa gangguan psikiatri yang dapat menyertai PD yaitu gangguan depresi, kecemasan, apatis, obsesif kompulsif, gangguan tidur, demensia serta gangguan psikosis. Gangguan ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kecacatan dan kualitas hidup yang buruk sehingga diperlukan pemahaman terhadap faktor resiko dan patofisiologi dari gangguan-gangguan psikiatri tersebut.
