Peran Organisasi PGRI dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru di Era Transformasi Pendidikan Digital
Abstract
Organisasi Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) memiliki fungsi penting dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru saat menghadapi perubahan dalam pendidikan digital. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana PGRI memberikan kontribusi melalui pelatihan, advokasi, penyebaran informasi terkait teknologi pendidikan, serta dukungan hukum dan karier untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik dan digital guru di zaman revolusi industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0. Hasil dari tinjauan pustaka menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan PGRI dalam pengembangan kemampuan teknologi dan pedagogi membantu guru lebih siap menghadapi tuntutan pembelajaran yang berbasis digital, meskipun masih ada tantangan seperti akses terhadap infrastruktur dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan kerjasama antara PGRI, pemerintah, dan pemangku kepentingan di bidang pendidikan lainnya, profesionalisme guru bisa ditingkatkan secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan.
