Transformasi dan Inovasi Pembelajaran dalam Kerangka Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama
Abstract
Abstract: Quality assurance of education in schools is highly dependent on the quality of the learning process taking place in the classroom. In reality, monotonous, teacher-centered learning often results in student inactivity and suboptimal learning outcomes. This study aims to examine how learning innovations can support quality assurance of education in schools. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, through data collection in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that the implementation of learning innovations, such as discussion-based learning, group work, and the use of digital media, can increase student participation and create a more effective learning environment. Furthermore, learning innovations also encourage teachers to continuously improve their teaching methods, thereby gradually improving the quality of education. However, their implementation still faces several obstacles, such as limited facilities and a lack of teacher training. Therefore, support from schools and related parties is needed so that learning innovations can be implemented consistently and sustainably.
