Anatomi Mikroskopik Pulpa Gigi: Kajian Pustaka
Abstract
Jaringan pulpa gigi merupakan jaringan ikat lunak yang berperan penting dalam mempertahankan vitalitas, nutrisi, dan proteksi gigi. Pulpa tersusun dari berbagai jenis sel, termasuk odontoblas, fibroblas, sel punca, dan sel imun seperti makrofag dan limfosit, yang seluruhnya bekerja secara terkoordinasi untuk menjaga homeostasis dan mendukung kemampuan regeneratif jaringan. Pulpa juga menerima suplai darah dan saraf yang mendukung respons terhadap cedera. Penelitian terkini menyoroti sel punca yang mampu berdiferensiasi menjadi odontoblas yang berperan meregenerasi struktur kompleks dentin-pulpa. Telaah Pustaka ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman anatomi mikroskopik pulpa gigi untuk mendukung strategi terapi regeneratif terkini di bidang kedokteran gigi.
