ETLiJ: English Teaching and Linguistics Journal operates as a fully open-access publication, making all research articles freely available to readers worldwide without any subscription barriers. To sustain our operations while maintaining this free access model, we apply modest article processing charges (APCs) that cover essential publishing costs including peer review management, DOI registration, and editorial services. International authors are charged IDR 300,000, with payment required only after manuscript acceptance. We understand financial constraints and offer fee waivers upon request to ensure equitable publishing opportunities for all researchers.
Our APCs are deliberately kept affordable compared to traditional journals, reflecting our commitment to both academic quality and accessibility. This funding approach allows us to support rigorous peer review and professional publishing standards while keeping knowledge openly available to the global academic community. Authors who face financial difficulties may apply for APC waivers by submitting a brief justification to our editorial team, as we believe financial limitations should not hinder the dissemination of valuable research.
