All manuscripts submitted to RMME (Rekayasa Material, Manufaktur dan Energi) will undergo a plagiarism check using appropriate similarity-detection software. Manuscripts eligible for further processing and peer review must have a maximum similarity index of 20%. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts are original works and that all sources and references are properly cited in accordance with academic and scientific writing standards.
Authors may use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT models) for specific tasks, such as refining grammar, language usage, and the readability of their manuscripts. However, authors remain responsible for the originality, validity, and integrity of the manuscripts they submit. When using generative AI tools, authors are required to act responsibly and adhere to our journal's editorial policies regarding authorship and publication ethics. This responsibility includes reviewing the output generated by these tools and ensuring the accuracy of the content. RMME will publish articles containing up to 30% AI-generated content.
