This journal is published twice yearly, in JUNE and DECEMBER, by the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Product Technology, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, Medan, Indonesia.
Editorial Team welcome submissions of papers describing researchers, practitioners, regulators, students, and other parties interested in the development of original articles relevant to the science, technology, and industry of agricultural products.
