Article Template
The Article Template is the official manuscript format provided by the journal to ensure consistency, academic quality, readability, and compliance with the journal's editorial and publication standards. All authors who intend to submit manuscripts to this journal are required to use the official article template.
The template is developed to facilitate authors in preparing manuscripts according to the structure and formatting requirements of scholarly publications in the field of education. Authors are required to follow all instructions provided in the template, including manuscript structure, typography, paragraph formatting, citation style, tables, figures, equations, and references.
Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should generally consist of the following sections:
- Title
The title should be concise, informative, specific, and accurately represent the focus of the research. The title should avoid unnecessary abbreviations and should clearly indicate the main variables, subjects, or research context when appropriate. - Author Names and Affiliations
The manuscript should include the full names of all authors without academic degrees, institutional affiliations, and the corresponding author's email address. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the editorial team throughout the publication process. - Abstract
The abstract should provide a concise summary of the research, including the background or research problem, objective, methodology, main findings, and conclusion. The abstract should be written clearly and independently so that readers can understand the essential content of the article without referring to the main text. - Keywords
Authors should provide relevant keywords representing the main concepts of the article. Keywords should facilitate article discovery and indexing in academic databases. - Introduction
The introduction should explain the research background, relevant theoretical perspectives, previous studies, research gap, novelty, research problem, and objectives. The introduction should demonstrate the significance and contribution of the study to the development of educational theory and/or practice. - Method
The method section should describe the research design, participants or research subjects, research location or context, instruments, data collection procedures, and data analysis techniques. The description should be sufficiently detailed to allow readers to understand the research process and assess its methodological validity. - Results
The results section should present the main findings of the study systematically and objectively. Tables, figures, graphs, or other relevant visualizations may be used to clarify the findings. Authors should avoid unnecessary repetition between the narrative and tables or figures. - Discussion
The discussion should interpret the research findings critically by relating them to relevant theories and previous studies. Authors should explain similarities, differences, possible causes, implications, and contributions of the findings. The discussion should emphasize the novelty and significance of the research rather than merely repeating the results. - Conclusion
The conclusion should provide a concise synthesis of the main findings and directly address the research objectives or questions. Implications and recommendations may be included when relevant. - References
The reference list must contain all sources cited in the manuscript. References should be relevant, credible, and predominantly derived from scientific publications. Authors are encouraged to prioritize recent peer-reviewed journal articles and primary sources.
Manuscript Formatting
Authors must follow the formatting specifications provided in the official template, including:
- Page size and margin settings.
- Font type and font size.
- Line spacing and paragraph format.
- Heading and subheading format.
- Article length and page requirements.
- Citation and reference style.
- Table and figure formatting.
- Equation formatting, when applicable.
- Numbering and placement of tables and figures.
- Reference list formatting.
Tables and figures must be clearly presented, appropriately numbered, and referred to in the manuscript text. Authors should ensure that all tables and figures are of sufficient quality for publication.
Citation and Reference Management
Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to ensure consistency and accuracy in citations and references.
Every source cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list, and every reference listed must be cited in the manuscript. Authors are responsible for verifying the accuracy of authors' names, publication years, article titles, journal names, volume, issue, page numbers, and DOI information where available.
The journal encourages authors to cite relevant and recent scholarly literature, particularly articles published in reputable peer-reviewed journals. Authors should avoid excessive self-citation and citation practices that do not contribute substantively to the scholarly discussion.
Research Quality and Originality
Manuscripts submitted to the journal must present original scholarly work and must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their manuscripts. The journal may conduct plagiarism or similarity screening as part of the editorial process.
The use of artificial intelligence or other digital tools in manuscript preparation must comply with the journal's applicable policy on the responsible use and disclosure of AI-assisted technologies.
Ethical and Publication Requirements
Authors are required to comply with the journal's publication ethics and research integrity standards, including:
- Authorship and contribution transparency.
- Conflict of interest disclosure.
- Research ethics approval where applicable.
- Data integrity and transparency.
- Proper acknowledgment of funding sources.
- Proper citation and avoidance of plagiarism.
- Disclosure of relevant use of AI-assisted tools.
- Compliance with the journal's peer-review and publication procedures.
The submission of a manuscript constitutes the author's confirmation that the manuscript complies with the journal's policies and has been approved by all listed authors.
Editorial Screening and Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance to the journal's scope, compliance with the Article Template and Author Guidelines, originality, and basic academic quality.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will proceed to the journal's peer-review process in accordance with the applicable Peer Review Policy. Compliance with the Article Template does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or authorized editor based on the results of peer review and editorial assessment.
Author Responsibility
Authors are fully responsible for the scientific content, data, interpretation, references, ethical compliance, and originality of their manuscripts.
Before submission, authors should carefully check the manuscript using the official template and ensure that all requirements stated in the Author Guidelines have been fulfilled.
Manuscripts that do not substantially comply with the required format may be returned to the authors for technical revision before entering the peer-review process.
