The editorial team may use Turnitin and other appropriate plagiarism detection tools to check the originality and similarity of manuscripts.
Manuscripts that contain plagiarism, substantial copying, or inappropriate self-plagiarism may be rejected by the journal. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all ideas, statements, data, quotations, and materials taken from other sources are properly cited and acknowledged.
The similarity check is conducted as part of the initial editorial screening. A high similarity score does not automatically indicate plagiarism; the editorial team will examine the similarity report and assess whether the similarities are appropriately cited or constitute plagiarism.
Authors are encouraged to ensure that their manuscripts are original, have not been published elsewhere, and comply with proper academic citation and referencing practices before submission.
