Submission Guidelines

Authors submitting manuscripts to Ar-Rasyid: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam must follow the journal's submission procedures and author guidelines. All manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

Online Submission Procedure

  1. Register or Log In: Authors who do not yet have an account must register through the journal registration page. During registration, select the Author role. Registered authors may log in using their existing accounts.
  2. Start a New Submission: After logging in, select the Author role and click New Submission to begin the submission process.
  3. Start: Read the submission requirements, select the appropriate journal section, and confirm the required submission checklist.
  4. Upload Submission: Upload the manuscript file in Microsoft Word format, following the journal's Author Guidelines and manuscript template, where applicable.
  5. Enter Metadata: Provide complete and accurate manuscript information, including the title, abstract, keywords, author names, institutional affiliations, and other required metadata. Ensure that all co-authors are included and correctly identified.
  6. Upload Supplementary Files: Upload any supporting documents required by the journal, such as a cover letter, research instruments, supplementary data, or other relevant files, where applicable.
  7. Confirmation: Review the uploaded manuscript and all entered information. Click Finish Submission to complete the submission process.

Important Requirements

  • Manuscripts must fall within the journal's focus and scope and comply with the current Author Guidelines.
  • Authors must ensure that the manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
  • All sources must be cited appropriately, and references must follow the journal's required citation style.
  • All authors must approve the submitted manuscript and agree to its submission to the journal.
  • Authors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest and comply with the journal's publication ethics and research integrity policies.
  • Authors must disclose the use of artificial intelligence tools when required by the journal's AI policy and remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their manuscripts.

Editorial Screening and Peer Review

After submission, the editorial team conducts an initial assessment to determine whether the manuscript meets the journal's basic requirements and is suitable for further consideration. Manuscripts that meet these requirements may proceed to the journal's double-blind peer-review process. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
