Aghniya: Jurnal Ekonomi Islam is a journal published by the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) Medan-Indonesia, which is published twice a year, in July and December. Articles published in this journal are research articles and theoretical studies with the theme of Islamic economics, Islamic finance, Islamic banking, Baitul Mall Watamwill (BMT), Sharia Pawn, ZISWaf (Zakat, Infaq, Alms and Waqf), Sharia Business, Management Sharia. Islamic Inheritance Law, Sharia Hotels and Halal Tourism. This journal was published for the first time in 2019.

Al-Hisab: Journal of Islamic Astronomy, published by the Observatorium Ilmu Falak Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (OIF UMSU), Medan, Indonesia, which contains scientific research articles in Islamic Astronomy and other fields. Al-Hisab: Journal of Islamic Astronomy is published four times a year in March, June, September, and December. The main purpose of this publication is to create a platform to publish original articles, research results, case studies, and book reviews related to Islamic Astronomy, Islamic Law, Instrumentation, Observatories, and others. The editorial board welcomes original contributions from authors (in Indonesian, English, and Arabic) that have not been previously published or are being considered for publication in other publications. To enrich Al-Hisab's articles selection, collaboration was carried out with the Islamic Astronomy Department Program of UMSU. Journal submissions must follow the JAH template.

Proceeding International Seminar of Islamic Studies

Proceeding International Seminar of Islamic Studies is an annual international conference held by Faculty of Islamic Studies Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This conference is designed to accelerate the increase of knowledge, especially in the fields of: Islamic religious education, Islamic thought, Information Technology, Islamic law, social and politics and economics.

INSIS is considered one of the greatest conferences in UMSU. It is proven by its success in inviting prominent researchers, scholars, and lecturers across the globe to present diverse topics.

The objective of INSIS is to exchange and share ideas and research findings among presenters and audiences. Moreover, it serves as an open forum to discuss the most recent trends, innovations, challenges faced, and solutions adopted in the scope of Islamic religious education, Islamic thought, Information Technology, Islamic law, social and politics and economics.
